Tina Dickens
Tina Dickens is currently the CEO of the Nehemiah 4 Project, LLC. She started this business after a brief retirement from Government service. Tina has had a prestigious career in Government. She has retired with a 41-year work history. The last 33 years were spent in Government mail and Services. She has certifications in Executive Mail Center Management (EMCM), Contracting Officer Representative (COR), and Management Analyst (MA).
In her personal life she is President of the Women of Faith (WOF) Ministry, Recording Secretary and trustee, at St. Joseph Freewill Baptist Church. Tina believes in the Great Commission and asks God to use her as a vessel to spread this good news.
Her passion is Women and Children issues and loves to be a part of initiatives that helps to strengthen their faith and build their resolve. She is part of a sister group (Binti Circle), that is comprised of Daughter Caregivers. This is a support group and resource for the Caregivers.
In her professional Career, she was the Agency Mail Manager for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, where she oversaw a 72-million-dollar postage budget. She has been in government service for the past 33 years, eight years in the healthcare field before retiring in 2022.

She has been a member of the Executive Board of the Greater Baltimore Postal Customer Council (GBPCC) since 2003. In 2011, she was elected to the office of Vice-Chair for the GBPCC and served 6 terms. Tina currently sits on the Boad of the Mail Systems Management Association (MSMA) DC Metro Chapter as the Secretary.
